Furniture Delivery and Collection

  • All deliveries are by our own professional 1 or 2 man team.

  • Delivery is calculated PER MILE from our showroom on 128 Southgate Street, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 2AF.  Please enter your post code below to get a quotation.  We will confirm the delivery cost when we receive your order.
  • You can collect you order from our showroom - Find us >,there is no charge for this but it is advised that you notify us prior to leaving home, bring proof of purchase and provide your own suitable transportation and protection for your purchase i.e. blankets etc...  Collections are available Monday - Saturday 10am - 4pm, we regret we can not provide collection outside of these times.
  • We will contact you when your order is ready for delivery / collection.
  • Weekly delivery service (usually a Wednesday!) to Bury St. Edmunds and the surrounding area of East Anglia.  We can also deliver further a field, however due to having small number of staff we regret that we cannot offer a weekly service, please use our delivery calculator below for a quotation or contact us.
  • Furniture can be delivered to any room of your choice and set-up* as long as there is suitable access available.
  • We do not sell flat pack furniture.  Only very minimal assembly may be required, some items need shelves, legs, handles etc fixing after transportation.  Wardrobes - due to the size and complexity of these, most come apart into several pieces and we advise you choose our Gold Star service for delivery. 

Our Gold Star service is available on certain items which require unpacking and the service includes the ethical disposal of packaging materials and fitting of any handles, legs, shelves or other pieces detached for transit. More detail on our Gold Star Service >
