Gold Star Service
To select our 
Gold Star service where available please check the box labelled 'Gold Star' service before you click the 'Add to Basket' button. If you choose Gold Star service a 10% surcharge will be added to the selected item's price.
The 
Gold Star service is only available on our oak ranges, where we buy the majority of this pre-finished and built straight from the factory. All items are superbly packaged in protective foam, polystyrene, cellophane and cardboard to avoid any damages occurring during transportation. We must stress that these ranges are already built in solid oak, they are not flat pack! (however some items require very minimal assembly)
Our Gold Star service is available on all items which require unpacking and setting up. The service includes unwrapping and the ethical disposal of packaging materials and fitting of any glass, handles, legs, shelves or other pieces detached for delivery. The items will be placed in position, in the room of your choice.
If you do not choose to select our Gold Star Service you will be responsible for the positioning, setting-up and the safe, legal disposal of any packaging materials.(The same as many other online retailers - you save money and we save time!) Please note that large items may be packed in large pieces of cardboard and polystyrene.
Occasionally we may RECOMMEND our Gold Star service on larger items, e.g wardrobes which come in several sections to enable us to get them up a staircase and built in the bedroom.
If the Gold Star option is not displayed then unpacking is either not required or already included in the delivery price.
